Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales are Final and there are no refunds for purchased items. Refunds are store credit only.

In lieu of an exchange, Chrissy J Beauty will gladly offer a store credit for all returned items. You can repurchase the items of your choice with your store credit. A return request must be sent to contact@chrissyjbeauty.com within seven days of receiving the package to qualify for a store credit. Returns will not be accepted after seven days.

To Request a Return Please Email contact@chrissyjbeauty.com with:

• Your first and last name
• Phone number
• Order number
• Reason for the return
• Item(s) you want to return

Please include “Return Request” in the subject line of the email. Allow up to 24 – 48 hours for a response. You will be emailed a prepaid return shipping label. Please return the item(s) within seven days of receiving the return shipping label for a store credit. Returns will not be accepted after seven days.

When Chrissy J Beauty has received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned item(s) have not been opened, a store credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchase, including the shipping cost.  If the item(s) have been tampered with and opened, they will be returned to you and a store credit will be issued minus the shipping costs to return the items.

• Product has been opened
• Seal has been tampered with
• Hair has been manipulated, combed, fingered, and/or pulled apart
• Hair has been colored or bleached

If you received the wrong or damaged item(s) please email contact@chrissyjbeauty.com and follow the instructions mentioned in the Return and Exchange Policy to receive a store credit. You can repurchase the items of your choice with your store credit. Refunds may be given on a case by case basis.

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product and Chrissy J Beauty takes hygiene and public safety seriously. Opened items are not allowed to be returned. These items cannot be resold if opened.
