Shipping Policy

How long will it take to process my order?

It will take 2-3 business days to process your order before being shipped. If you selected a hair color other than 1b (off black) for bundles, lace frontals, and lace closures, it will take 4-6 business days to process your order before being shipped. It will take 2-3 business days to process orders for clip-in and tape-in hair regardless of the hair color selected. Orders are processed Monday – Friday. If you place an order on Friday, your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.  All packages are shipped via UPS Monday – Friday.

When will I receive a tracking number?

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been processed and the shipping label has been created. Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking information and updates to show on the UPS website. If you don’t see tracking updates 3 days after receiving the tracking number please email contact@chrissyjbeauty.com with your name, order number, and “Tracking Information Not Available” in the subject line.

Is express shipping available at checkout?

Currently express shipping is not available but is in the works to be added as an option at checkout.

How long will it take for me to receive my order after it is placed?

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order after it is placed. You may receive your package sooner depending on the location of delivery. 

Will my package require a signature when delivered?

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the delivery address; however it is up to UPS to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If UPS concludes that it’s unsafe to leave the package, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Please include a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package.

What happens if the tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered but I have not received the package?

When your package is delivered the date and time of delivery will show within the tracking details on www.UPS.com. If the tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to the order address and you have not received your order, please email contact@chrissyjbeauty.com with your name, order number, and “Package Not Delivered” in the subject line. Chrissy J Beauty will contact UPS on your behalf to get the issue resolved. 

Can I make changes to my order or cancel after it’s complete?

If you want to cancel your order, change the delivery address, or make changes to your product selections please email contact@chrissyjbeauty.com immediately after your order is placed. Chrissy J Beauty will move as quickly as possible to change your order but cannot guarantee that the order will be changed prior to being processed and shipped. There is a very small time frame when orders can be changed. If it’s too late to cancel or change your order, you can return your package once you’ve received it for a refund or exchange.
